1. Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?

Walk-ins are excepted! We only need an appointment for airbrushes.

2. How old do I have to be to bed tan?

You need to be at least 18 years old.

​

3. How old do I have to be to spray tan?

All ages are welcome! If under the age of 18, parental consent is required.

4. How long does a tanning session take?

UV bed sessions last 5–20 minutes, depending on bed level and your skin type.
Spray tans take about 10-15 minutes, including prep and drying time.

5. How many sessions do I need to get a base tan?

Most people develop a base tan in 3–5 sessions, but results vary by skin type and tanning method.

6. How long does a spray tan last?

Spray tans typically last 5–7 days, depending on skin prep, maintenance, and your skincare routine.

7. What should I wear during a tanning session?

You can wear:

Whatever you're comfortable in (bikini, underwear, or go nude).

For spray tans, we recommend loose, dark clothing afterward to avoid smudging.​

8. Is tanning safe?

While we take precautions to reduce risks (like limiting exposure time), UV tanning does carry risks. Always follow staff guidance and never overexpose.

9. How should I prepare for a spray tan?

  • Exfoliate 24 hours before.

  • Avoid lotions, deodorants, makeup, and perfumes the day of.

  • Wear loose, dark clothing to your appointment. 

 

10. What’s the difference between bed levels (Level 1, 2, 3, etc.)?

Answer: Higher levels offer:

  • Faster tans

  • Less frequent visits

  • More comfort (cooler beds, facial tanners, etc.)

11. Do you sell tanning lotions?

Yes! We carry bronzers, accelerators, moisturizers, and other skin-care products to enhance your results.

12. Can I freeze or pause my membership?

Yes, memberships can be frozen or paused. Ask in-person staff for details based on your plan.

13. What's the Difference Between Airbrush and Versa Spray Tans?

Airbrush Spray Tan:

  • Applied by technician using a handheld airbrush gun.

  • Personalized — can contour and adjust to your skin tone.

  • Develops faster:

    • Rinse in 1–3 hours, depending on the shade:

      • 1 Hour = Light

      • 2 Hours = Medium

      • 3 Hours = Dark

  • Ideal if you want a customized, quick-developing tan.

 

Versa Spa Booth (Automated Spray Tan):

  • Self-service booth — fast, private, and convenient.

  • Even, all-over coverage using preset spray cycles.

  • Longer development time:

    • Leave solution on for 6–8 hours before rinsing.

  • Great for on-the-go clients who prefer a quick, no-contact option.​
