Tan Central Refund Policy

At Tan Central, we strive to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy below:

Tanning Services & Packages

  • All sales are final for single sessions, two-week, and one-month tanning packages. These services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your membership, a one-month electronic cancellation notice is required.

Airbrush Tanning & Teeth Whitening

  • No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your airbrush tan or teeth whitening results, please notify us before leaving the salon, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Memberships & Cancellations

  • Memberships require a $25 enrollment fee and are billed monthly.

  • A one-month cancellation notice is required for all memberships. Once a cancellation request is submitted, you will still have access until the end of your final billing cycle.

  • No refunds or prorated reimbursements will be issued for early termination of memberships.

Retail Products

  • Unused and unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit only.

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
