Tan Central Refund Policy
At Tan Central, we strive to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy below:
Tanning Services & Packages

All sales are final for single sessions, two-week, and one-month tanning packages. These services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Membership fees are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your membership, a one-month electronic cancellation notice is required.
Airbrush Tanning & Teeth Whitening

No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed.

If you are unsatisfied with your airbrush tan or teeth whitening results, please notify us before leaving the salon, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Memberships & Cancellations

Memberships require a $25 enrollment fee and are billed monthly.

A one-month cancellation notice is required for all memberships. Once a cancellation request is submitted, you will still have access until the end of your final billing cycle.

No refunds or prorated reimbursements will be issued for early termination of memberships.
Retail Products

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit only.

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
